Our Truffle Benefits
Our Truffle is rich and indulgent with a delicious strong flavour of chocolate and ginger. It consists of just 5 superfood ingredients which are renowned for helping with anxiety, brain fog, fatigue, metabolism, muscle growth and cramp relief.
How does it work?
Each pack consists of 28 truffles to last you 1 month (one every day). We advise that it is best taken earlier in the day due to its natural energizing properties.

How each ingredient works
Organic Ashwagandha
Ashwagandha is an evergreen shrub found in India, Africa and parts of the Middle East. It has been used for centuries to relieve stress, anxiety and promote overall wellness and longevity. Ashwagandha is an adaptogen and therefore helps to balance hormones which can improve mood swings, period regulation, fatigue and lesson menstrual cramps. Ashwagandha is also a popular ingredient for gym goers, this is because it supports both muscle growth and helps speed up your metabolism and fat burning.
Organic Premium Red Maca
Red maca root is traditional Peruvian food which has been shown to improve depression symptoms, fertility, osteoporosis and reduce hot flashes in some menopausal women. It is a popular safe choice for many women who are unable to take estrogen replacement therapy. This is due to it being an adaptogen meaning that if your hormones are out of balance (low estrogen) it can help support your body to create more. Each truffle contains 3 grams of organic premium red maca as this been proven to be the best dosage for menopausal women.
Organic Black Maca
Black maca root is traditional Peruvian food which has been shown to improve brain fog, fatigue, depression, loss of co-ordination and strength. It is a popular safe choice for many body builders as it has been proven to significantly increase workout performance and muscle mass than those who don't take it. This is due to it being an adaptogen meaning that if your hormones are out of balance (low testosterone) it can help support your body to create more. Other studies have shown that black maca also helps prevent and improve hair loss. Each truffle contains 3 grams of organic black maca.
Why did we call it 'Superfood'?
We call it superfood because every single ingredient used in our recipe is considered a superfood! This means that they are considered so nutritious and benefiting that they are titled as some of the best foods in the world. Many brands out there are shouting about having 'low sugar chocolate' or 'sugar free' but when you search for their ingredients you tend to see a lot of processed sweeteners and additives...we don't do that! What you see is what you get and we are loud and proud of our simple nutrient packed truffles.
